Some of our success stories

Episource

Sano Health worked closely with Episource to design a customized virtual risk adjustment solution that enabled Episource to ensure continuity of care during the pandemic. The Sano and Episource teams collaborated extensively to create a solution that was intuitive and simple even for the most digitally challenged member.

From a customer service perspective, we could not have asked for more. Sano was very responsive, very helpful and very reactive. A great experience

– Dakisha Allen, Product Director and Sales Support at Episource

St. Thomas Community Health Center

St Thomas CHC worked with Sano to apply for FCC funding, and is using the award to provide Sano devices to over 3000 under-connected patients; these devices are enabling the St. Thomas providers to conduct telehealth sessions and improve access to care for  many elderly and low-income patients who previously had no access to remote care.

"The first thing Sano Health did was to listen in order to gain insights, to better understand the specific needs of our patients," Erwin recalled. "Their expertise in both healthcare and telehealth really shined through; they were extremely diligent in pulling back the curtain on underlying issues, both on our side and on the patient's end".

– Dr. Don Erwin, CEO of St. Thomas Community Health Center

UPMC Children's Hospital

The pediatric transplant group at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) is using Sano’s devices and connectivity to enable juvenile transplant patients to stay in the queue for organ availability and receive telehealth-based treatment post-surgery.
Sano has assisted UPMC at every stage of the process, from preparing the funding application to program design and execution.

The customer service provided by Sano Health during the process has been great. Anything we’ve asked for has been done with ease. It was a lot of work rolling it out, but the reward was worth it. Sano Health shares our belief that even if we just made a difference in one person’s life, that’s what it’s all about.

– Dawn Wilkerson, MSN, UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, Transplant Clinical Director

CrescentCare of New Orleans

CrescentCare of New Orleans, who received FCC funding, is working closely with Sano to use this funding to create a solution that includes voice calling, texting, as well as telehealth access for their under-connected patients.

Our medical, case management, and behavioral health teams have been very excited about us rolling out the Sano Health device. No one at Sano Health ever told me something wasn’t possible. I would 100% recommend someone working with Sano Health for your telehealth solutions.

– Mark Hennick, Chief Information Officer, CrescentCare
